What is your new patient procedure?

When we receive your appointment request, one of our staff will contact you with a confirmation. On your arrival, we'll ask you to fill out a brief medical history and we'll review the requested services. We'll also take enough time to ensure you understand the nature of the requested exam, which body part is being examined and whether any undressing will be required.

I don’t have my insurance card with me, can I still receive treatment?

We have the contact information for many insurance companies and will be happy to try and confirm coverage; otherwise, a cash-payment amount will be discussed.

How much will my copayment be?

We will lookup the copayment amount specific to the insurance coverage identified by the insurance card you give us. Often, the copay is as little as $10, but sometimes it can be more.
